JH Spain has finished construction and the brand new facility is up and running to serve Concord and surrounding communities!

Karina started with us as a contractor years ago, then through the Army, worked as an intern for a few months to help implement  Procore in the field operations. 

She has just gotten back from Italy, finishing up 4 years in the US Army as a paratrooper, now a Full-Time member of the JH Spain Team.

Eight new apartments that anyone would be pleased to call home. So many involved in making this project successful. Concord Coalition to End Homelessness, New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, Community Development Finance Authority, Concord Housing Authority, Warren Street Architects, Wilcox & Barton, City of Concord. JH Spain is proud to be part of making it happen.

Concord Coalition to End Homelessness won the 2022 Preservation Achievement Award for Rehabilitation and Reuse from the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance. An historic building at 10 Green Street in Concord, renowned for its Victorian inspired architecture, now provides 4 additional high quality, one bedroom apartments for people in need of a safe shelter.
