One Riverside Place

Situated along a beautiful bend in the Contoocook River, this project involved the construction of 38 two bedroom, three story wood framed townhomes in seven buildings. 

Extensive sitework was required for two reasons.  The homes sit on an historical archaeological parcel as well as an environmentally sensitive area. Underground utilities, storm water controls, walkways and landscaping were completed with meticulous care.
